Aaron Davies

Managing Director
Aaron began his career specialising in MRO operations, learning the vital impact that asset optimisation and uptime play in keeping complex businesses operating. After nearly a decade at Schneider Electric, he most recently led commercial operations for their service division, driving efficiency for clients through field expertise and predictive strategies. His multi-technology approach helps supports customers in their end to end infrastructure.

At Acteniq, Aaron shapes the business direction and works closely with customers ensuring it delivers real value. His commercial leadership and a strong customer focus ensures every solution translates to meaningful impact and return.

Nathan Ghundoo

OPERATIONS Director
Nathan started his career as an electrical apprentice in the manufacturing sector, gaining practical experience in maintaining and fault-finding on industrial systems. The role demanded practical, technical solutions to minimise downtime and keep operations running.

He later joined Schneider Electric, where he spent more than ten years in roles spanning product management, marketing, and digital services. His most recent role involved leading the UK&I Digital Services business, where he was responsible for improving the performance and uptime of connected electrical assets across multiple sectors. A key part of this work involved building and leading high-performing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions at scale.

As co-founder of ACTENIQ, Nathan now oversees operations and solution delivery. His focus is on implementing scalable monitoring systems that provide clear insights into energy consumption and asset health.

Will Darley

ENGINEERING Director
Will specialises in digitising power systems and critical infrastructure—bringing together monitoring, control and secure connectivity to unlock real-time insights and enhance asset performance. He is a specialist in cross-system integrations, connecting legacy equipment, modern platforms and cloud services into unified, secure architectures.

Will has delivered major projects across hospitals, airports and pharmaceutical sites, introduced HV partial discharge monitoring into live networks, and led proof-of-concept developments for global clients modernising critical infrastructure. His focus is on building scalable solutions that turn complex data into clear, actionable outcomes.

His experience was shaped at Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital power systems, where he quickly progressed into technical leadership roles and contributed to some of the UK&I team’s most advanced digital projects. With an MEng in Electrical Engineering and a hands-on, problem-solving approach, Will combines technical depth with a drive to deliver results in the real world.
